  Not much for me to complain about here. Broker told me I could go in early. I showed up over 6 hrs early just in case. They wouldn't check me in until after 630. No problem, my appt is 830 anyway. They let me stay there until check in. Just had to drop my trailer. Checked in at the appointed time and got a door right away. It wasn't even an hour past my appointment when they called and said I was done. So no real problems for me. 5 stars if you didn't have to unhook trailer. But I see why too.
